About 120 youths attended a Chateau party in honor of Eileen Sharpe and Glen Smith celebrating their fifteenth birthdays on January 13. Dancing by Mrs. Anderson, Paul Danylchuk, and Art Witt, a lunch by Mrs. Sharpe and Mrs. Smith, and gifts including a silver locket, a fountain pen, and money were shared by guests. A separate classroom incident in Room six involved Leonard Romano dropping iron chains during Algebra, with prior odd items like a caterpillar box noted. Rosemary Lyon’s curling team remains undefeated after two games while most other teams split results.
