Mrs. Annie Ehinger Beausejour died Saturday in her 90th year after 38 years in Canada most in Beausejour. Survived by four sons Frank Joe Marion and John Petryshyn a son by former marriage 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral January 13 Polish National church Beausejour with burial at Polish National cemetery. Renshaw funeral home in charge. Pallbearers Frank Marion Bob Arthur Robert J Berczuk. Two sons Mike and Bill and a grandson Fred predeceased in World War I.

Russell Bedford Williams aged 25 formerly of Pointe du Bois was accidentally electrocuted January 5 at Chemainies Mill Ladysmith British Columbia. He is survived by his widow Ruth daughter Darlene father H B Williams two brothers Howard and Bill Pointe du Bois and a sister Mrs Paul Karkling Toronto. Funeral services and burial took place January 10 in British Columbia.

Bednarczyk Couple Host Beausejour Housewarming

A party honored Mr and Mrs John J Bednarczyk longtime Ladywood settlers now residing in Beausejour with 40 guests. He homesteaded 60 years ago and retired after 35 years on the farm while serving as Justice of the Peace and council member, aiding St Peter and St Paul church construction.

St Marys Ladies Vote 25 To Canon Turner Fund

The St Marys church Ladies Auxiliary met January 13 at Mrs C Anderson's home with 20 members present. They voted 50 for Anglican Advance Appeal and 33 to church funds. A 25 donation to the Canon Turner Fund was approved.

Steiner Rink Tops Novelty Bonspiel Field

Whitemouth The Novelty Bonspiel opened January 2 with G Steiner's quartet finishing first. Grand Challenge rink members were G Steiner E Klepatz W Boyko and S Jorgenson.
