Daniel Oebarn of Proapert Ohio was shot Friday morning in Madison township and died within twenty minutes. The Winchester marshal received a message from Prospect that Oxborn was in the village and would arrive during the day. He was reportedly wanted for theft and held until sent for, arrested at Praree's house, and returned to Winchester while handcuffed.
