County Court of Bureau County Illinois has rendered judgment for a special tax on improved Minnesota Street Spring Valley for drainage grading paving and curbing with reinforced concrete. The warrant for collection is with the undersigned and interested parties must call at the City Clerk's Office City Hall.
Spring Valley Illinois approves assessments of $270 per 50 foot lot with optional installment plan. If paid within 30 days the full amount is due. If paying in ten annual installments the first is $27 due January 2, 1926, with 6 percent interest on each installment from that date.
