John Smith of Spencer U. C. T. traveled to Burlington as a delegate for the Spencer group to the state meeting. The gathering drew 78 delegates, elected extra representatives, and Iowa will support Mr. Edson of Iowa for supreme sentinel at Des Moines. Smith returned yesterday with his uncle E. W. Bottorff of Hedrick who will visit his sister, Mrs. W. Smith, for several weeks.

Willard Stammy and Jess Post were seen riding to Marattwan on a former auto cycle when they passed a team and lead horse in Charley Bande's charge. The horses reacted restively after the boys plused and it seems they caused some minor damage to the Dupey and horse. Willard faced a warrant and was bonded before Jude Vartshern. The boys claim aid signmail was given to them to stop. Three new cars arrived Wednesday evening. Revival services are at Vianplist chapels with Pecuration day quiet as many townsfolk stayed out of town. Services planned all day next Sunday at the M. Mooohtreh with special singing by the choir.
