Man sues date for standing him up over Wiz show
San Francisco AP report. Tom Horsley, 30, an accountant from Campbell near San Jose, sues Alyn Chesselet, 30, a Vesuvio Cafe waitress, for 38 dollars claiming an oral contract to dine and see The Wiz was broken. He seeks 34 dollars for two hours driving at 8.50 per hour plus 17 cents a mile for a 100 mile round trip, plus 2 dollar filing and 2 dollar service fees. Chesselet says he is overreacting and she canceled due to work. They are due in court July 24.
