Two injured when car hits house on Marion east side
Two people were taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center after a two-vehicle crash that sent a passenger car under the front porch of a house at 301 Goodall Street on Marion's east side. Witnesses said the car failed to stop at a stop sign and the driver had shoes off, with a shoe tangling the accelerator. Damage to the home was estimated at as much as $15,000.

Union charges unfair labor practice over videotaped picket
