SIUC chancellor Trevino faces review amid concerns of performance
Poshard said he will review a list of concerns about Trevino's job performance, voiced since August, and respond to the president's office by month end or early April. Trevino, hired May and started July 1, underwent thorough orientation on Southern at 150 goals, with board expectations stressing budget duties and external agency relations. Faculty worry over leadership stability ahead of accreditation, while Poshard accepts blame for past issues and aims to give Trevino time to adjust.
