Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple said a man may be charged after authorities found Pam Babcock in a mobile home bathroom shared with Rory McFarren. Police believe she may have been confined or avoiding leaving the bathroom for up to two years, subsisting on food and water brought by McFarren. He said she likely sat on the toilet for at least a month, leaving open sores where the seat stuck.
