Iran to Resume Uranium Enrichment and Defend Nuclear Breach
Iran said it will resume uranium enrichment and may quit cooperating with the IAEA amid tensions at Vienna board meetings. Defense Minister Shamkhani revealed Iran built civilian-use nuclear centrifuges, a first acknowledgment of military involvement. IAEA chief ElBaradei warned Iran risks undermining peaceful- program efforts as governors weigh a draft resolution. The draft notes Iran's declarations lack a full past and present nuclear picture while praising inspectors access. Pirouz Hosseini defended Tehran, denying any weapons program and accusing the US of pressuring Europe.
