Springfield AP Judge Samuel G. Harrod III resigns as a Woodford County Circuit Court judge amid charges by the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board of willful misconduct and bringing the judiciary into disrepute. The board alleges he ordered bogus subscriptions under five people’s names in a retaliation over past haircut incidents.
