The state seeks condemnation of three Carbondale area parcels for reconstruction of Federal Aid Route 14 and Route 18 traffic flow. Tract 23 A belongs to Paul and Lorraine Gray with T K H Enterprises and D T P Co. Tract 24 to Roscoe and Gillie Tatum. Tract 24 4 to Roscoe J and Ollie Tatum with John P Cook. County Treasurer Paul Stearns is an interested taxed party. Negotiations have failed on purchase prices.
