CAPE CANAVERAL AP A satellite experiment aboard the next space shuttle mission will study what may be a supermassive black hole at the Milky Way center. Spartan 1, to be released from Discovery after its June 17 launch, aims to clarify the region's structure and evolution by observing stellar motions and radiation.
