Dahmer survivor charged in death in Milwaukee
Tracy Edwards and Timothy Carr were charged with first degree reckless endangering safety in the death of Johnny Jordan, 43, who drowned after being thrown from a downtown Milwaukee bridge during an argument. If convicted, they face up to 12 years six months in prison and fines up to $25,000. Edwards led police to Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment in 1991.
