Bright industrial outlook for Ordill Area in Crab Orchard
The Ordill Area in Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge shows a bright future for industrial activity, while road funding appears dimmer. Jim Brigham of Diagraph Bradley Industries cited progress from a seven hour meeting with Fish and Wildlife Service officials, and discussed water system improvements and the potential creation of a new water district. IDOT projects warn of slow road resurfacing under current funding, with only three miles per year possible. federal support may aid bridge replacements.
