Gunman waited for victim in Atlanta parking deck
Police say security guard Nkosi Thandiwe may have waited for Brittany Watts inside a Midtown Atlanta parking garage before shooting her on the third level. He then fled in Watts’s Prius, shooting two bystanders as they were struck in the deck. Both women, Lauren Garcia and Tiffany Ferenczy, were wounded but stable. Thandiwe surrendered hours later and waived initial court appearance at Fulton County Jail.
