Grants Fund Digital TV Upgrades Across Southern Illinois
A series of grants totaling nearly one million dollars supports sewer improvements, library programs, and literacy initiatives across Southern Illinois. WSIU-TV Carbondale Olney to go digital with an 84451 grant. various towns receive grants for sewer mains, libraries, and reading programs, plus emergency 911 and public safety funding.
