Joan C. Guillou, chief waterway engineer for the state, will address the Williamson County Soil and Water Conservation District Board annual meeting at Marion High School on January 13. She will report on Crab Orchard Creek work and discuss plans for developing area surface impoundments. District board members will be elected and a plaque awarded to the conservation farmer of the year.
