Anna City Council unanimously selected Carbondale firm Eggemeyer and Associates to convert the city hall at 123 E. Davie St into a civic center and relocate offices to space in the adjacent police and fire department areas. The fire and police stations move this spring to a shared new headquarters at 203 E.
