Reunion: Seeing eye dog Cocoa returned to Carbondale woman
Cocoa vanished overnight after being left out. Fehrenbacher enlisted Yellow Cab drivers to search streets, police notified patrols, and a newspaper carrier helped locate the dog. Cab crews and residents expanded the effort until Cocoa was found with Carbondale resident Rocky Bleyer and returned home.
