Panama pardons four anti Castro figures amid Cuba threat

Panama President Mireya Moscoso pardoned four Cuban exiles accused of plotting to kill Fidel Castro, triggering Cuba to threaten severing ties. They said the virus in pigs came from ducks, pigs were isolated, and reporting to international bodies was not required. The WHO urged more data while China cited journal releases and a study of 1.5 million pigs and poultry showing no virus signs.
