Bandit Robs Coquille Cafe After 11:30 P M Hold Up
A bandit held up Foster Bros Restaurant proprietor, a night officer, and Coos Bay Times editor Jack Guyton in Coquille Saturday night. He took about $19 from the till and $2 to $3 from the others, made no searches, and vanished. Authorities notified neighboring towns with description released.

Robbed of $75 While Asleep in Marshfield Hotel
J A Wilson, a logger working around Myrtle Point, was robbed of 75 dollars while asleep in the Greene hotel at Marshfield. A companion from Portland, W T Wilson, and another man were with him.
