He never married and left five brothers and two sisters plus other relatives. Funeral Saturday afternoon with burial in local cemetery under Tommy Barkley. He was a member of the I O O F lodge.

Mrs. A J Dickson longtime Myrtle Point resident aged 71 died after a paralytic stroke and long illness. She lived with a daughter in Ashland where burial followed a funeral at the local church she was a Methodist. Her husband Mr Dickson preceded her in death years ago.
