In Meadsy the city council approved a plan from the light committee to place ten more electric lights at Fourth street near a new high school, Fifth and Maple, Seventh and Maple, Seventh and Cedar, southeast auto park, and multiple rear alleys including Hub store and Pearce garage. N G Perkins received a permit to build a $3500 residence on Fourth street. The city treasurer’s annual report was accepted for publication. Cal King was awarded a contract to revise the city charter at 75 cents per hour.
