Will Walkley a seventeen year old boy living one mile north of Glenn was shot in the left breast while hunting with his father at Saddle Lake. The gun discharged as he dragged it over a log. he walked several rods before collapsing. He was brought to City Hospital for treatment and his recovery remains uncertain.
