Karl C Manhorter resigned as manager of the Snyder Chamber of Commerce accepted at Tuesday's June board meeting. He became manager in July 1968 after serving as community development director for Snyder.city and had planned to join an El Paso firm developing industrial property. The chamber will review applicants. Mrs Allen Owens remains secretary and office hours continue.

Prince Sihanouk announced Cambodia will resume diplomatic relations with the United States at the lower level of chargé d affaires.
