Sisseton City Council Minutes 1907 Planners Pass Sidewalk Plan

City Council sidewalk plan for blocks in Breseton Dakot
At a May 13 meeting the Breseton city council proposed constructing a new sidewalk along described lots in tesoton. A June 3, 1907 resolution ordered the sidewalk at owners’ expense, with a six inch foundation, sand or gravel bed, three inch concrete, a top coat of cement and sand, and rough finish. Four feet wide, built to established grade, with 60 feet segments.
