Washington January 17 The United States Supreme Court affirms the Iowa Supreme Court ruling in Chicago Milwaukee & St Paul railway versus Patrick Solan. The decision says the state law limiting liability in contracts with railroads is not preempted by interstate commerce and remains within state powers.
