An advertisement extols Syrup of Figs as a pure liquid laxative that cleanses the system and rights cold headaches fevers and constipation, claims medical approval, and promotes sale in 50c and 1 bottle sizes by the California Fig Syrup Co. It also references a Washington report on dynamite gun batteries and promotes Hood’s Sarsaparilla as a blood purifier and health aid.
Tickets sold and baggage checked through to all eastern points. Travelers insurance tickets sold by J A Permano, agent.
Registration books for the November 6 1591 general election open on legal days from 10 am to 4 pm until October 10 184 and from October 10 1894 to October 21 1904 from 7 am to 5 pm with a 6 pm close. Notice is hereby given that the books of registration for the general election to be held November 1, 1594, will remain open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until October 1, and from October 10 to October 31 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Humboldt County Precinct No. 10. The books close at 6 p.m. on the final day. W. M. Nelson is Registry Agent for Precinct No. 10, New Dun Glen, July 1, 1894.

Notice is given to creditors and all persons paying claims against the deceased Wm. Barrett to exhibit claims with vouchers to M. B. Staunton, administrator, at his Winnemucca store office, Humboldt County, Nevada, within four months from the first publication. Dated September 26, 1904.
