The State of Nevada filed in the office a list of lands numbered 169 as part satisfaction of rent totaling 2,000,000 acres under the act of June. The notice is addressed to whom it may concern and dated May 15, 1897, at Kansas City Nevada.
George Berk, proprietor on Bridge Street Winnemucca, offers rail road meat supply with beef pork mutton veal and other goods. He claims very best quality and reasonable prices with prompt shipping to all points, and invites calls.
Notice is given that Rand Sage has filed for final proof on his homestead, No. 470, for the W 1/4 of the W 4, Sec 8, T47N R48E, in Humboldt County Nevada. Proof will be before the County Clerk at Winnemucca on Wednesday, June 27, 1897. Witnesses: Bird Parker, Robert Sees, Clarence Sees, and Guss McAninch, all of McDermitt, Nevada. O H Gallup Register.
District Court of the Second Judicial District Humboldt County Nevada calls all interested parties to appear May 17 1897 at 10 o'clock am in Winne mucca court to show cause why a distribution order should not be issued for the residue of the estate to heirs as provided by law.
