Trustees Beckman and Huntoon announce a public auction of Humboldt County Nevada land in Winnemucca on a Monday in June 1898 between 10 am and 12 pm. The sale covers the northeast quarter and the east half of the southeast quarter of section 22, township 26 north, range 31 east, with water rights and irrigation ditch rights, under a deed of trust dated 1892 due to default on the note. A. L. Hart is the attorney of record, with Sacramento, California, as the filing point.
