Lovelock correspondent reports Cottonwood copper camp gears up with 30 men to work the mine and smelter as manager White returns from Philadelphia. Smelter to run early April. roads damaged by storms require a thousand dollars for repairs. Nearby Bell Mare reports a major ore strike with 30 percent copper and a 1500 foot tunnel planned. Ostranders strike gold and silver in Trinity near Lovelock. railroad to iron mines expected this summer.
