An array of vintage advertisements and notices parade through a crowded page. The spread includes religious critique about nudity in worship, medicine pitches for Ayer’s Cherry Pectoral and Mrs Winslow’s Soothing Syrup, home goods from E Reinhart Co and F C Roniss Co, fashion items such as patent leather shoes, kids’ clothing, and a note about Buckeye mowers and farm implements. The jumble ends with teething syrup and hair products.

Foreclosure Suit Against Imperial Gold Mining Company

The Second Judicial District Court of Humboldt County Nevada orders Imperial Gold Mining Company and J P Wardner to answer a foreclosure complaint within ten to forty days. Plaintiffs seek to foreclose a mortgage securing four ten thousand dollar notes, plus taxes, attorney fees, and interest, and to subordinate other claims to this mortgage. The suit, filed June ith 1895, names Reinhart partners and Henry Behanidt among defendants.
