Foreclosure Suit Against Imperial Gold Mining Company
The Second Judicial District Court of Humboldt County Nevada orders Imperial Gold Mining Company and J P Wardner to answer a foreclosure complaint within ten to forty days. Plaintiffs seek to foreclose a mortgage securing four ten thousand dollar notes, plus taxes, attorney fees, and interest, and to subordinate other claims to this mortgage. The suit, filed June ith 1895, names Reinhart partners and Henry Behanidt among defendants.
