In the Second Judicial District of Nevada Humboldt County executor W F Goal requests final account and distribution of the estate of Alexander Montgomery deceased. The court sets July 7, 1895 at 10 a.m. in Winnemucca for settlement and to show cause why a decree of distribution should not be made. Publication to occur weekly for four weeks in the Silver State.
