Notice is given that Samuel J. Anderson administrator will sell at public auction on January 21, 1987 at Winnemucca Courthouse the estate of Alex Wise deceased. The sale includes a quartz mine known as Duchess Mine and a forty acre pastured parcel along the Humboldt River. Cash only, deeds at purchaser expense, subject to court confirmation.
