Notice of sale of real estate under a Nevada District Court order for the estate of Alex Wise deceased. Administrator Samuel J. Anderson will offer at cash sale on January 25 at 12 oclock noon in front of Winnemucca Courthouse two parcels: Grand Duchess Mine at Central Mining District and a Humboldt River lot near Winnemucca called The Wire Pasture with several acres. Sale covers all estate rights acquired by the deceased, with costs of purchasers.
