The ad touts Dr Cady's Condition Powders as ideal for a horse in poor condition, claiming benefits as a blood purifier and vermifuge and urging owners to use the product.
This notice outlines subscriber duties for newspapers. It warns that failure to notify discontinuation or to take papers from the office can imply fraud and arrears may lead to continued charges. It states that refusing or avoiding payment can lead to arrest and penalties under postal law.
