Notice is given that Samuel J Anderson administrator will sell at public auction on January 25 187x at 12 o'clock M in front of the Windermuca courthouse Humboldt County Nevada the estate of Alex Wise deceased. The sale includes a Grand Duchess quartz mine 1500 by 600 feet located in Central Mining District and a parcel along the Humboldt River near Winnemucca known as The Wise Pasture containing about 40 acres plus three hayricks and two wagon beds.
