Nevada State Land Register Pratt announces under an 1980 act that certain described parcels are open for public inspection. Protests or contests on claims that subdivisions are better for mineral than agricultural use must be filed within sixty days with the U S land office in Carson City. Subdivisions include Lots 4 and 4 of NW 1 4 SE 4 0 NW 1 4 and more in ranges given.
State of Nevada files for patent on lands listed under Act approved June 16 1880 at Carson City with divisions described in the General Land Office records. Subdivisions include sections 20 28 34 in townships 8 9 NW 14 and other parcels valued for agriculture. First insertion date December 24 1897 in the State Land Register of Nevada.
