D J Hedley assignee of the estate of C H McIntoah an insolvent debtor has filed with Humboldt County Nevada a statement listing creditors, amounts due, and pro rata share. Creditors must show cause within fifteen days after first publication why the statement should not be accepted and distribution made per its terms. L F Enn County Clerk. Dated February 21 1896.
County auditor Humboldt county Nevada submits quarterly report covering expenditures and cash on hand for quarter ending December 1885. County treasurer confirms accuracy of cash in Treasury and fund apportionments as recorded.
