State of Nevada files for patent on lands described as portions of Lot4 and Lot5 NW14, Lot4 NW14, SW14, NE-L4 of SW1a, and NWLd of Sff in T25N R90E M.D.B. & M. The notice posted at the U S land office invites protests within sixty days with grounds that the land is more valuable for minerals than agriculture. A. Part of the subdivision descriptions are open for public inspection. protests or contests must be filed within sixty days with the register and receiver. Subdivisions include sections 6 14 20 22 28 34 with various lot and quarter-quarter descriptions.
State Lane Orrick of Canson City Nevada announces under the June 14 18M act that lands in Carson City and nearby sections are open for inspection and contest for 64 acres. Public notice posted describes parcels NE NW and SENW in sections 9 16 24 T 32 N R E. First insertion December 24.

Dr F Reed is notified that $110 was spent in lab or and improvements on the Enterprise mining claim in the Enterprise lode Denio mining district Hum bud county Nevada. A certificate filed January 34 188 in the county recorder's office shows the amount to hold the claim for the year ending December 31. If the other owner does not contribute within the 90 days after service or publication, their share will vest in the subscriber under Section 23 of the Revised Statutes. Dated January 3 1895.
