Washington reports General Otis says the American advance into the interior is vigorously pushed and troops disperse bands. Captain Warwick of the Eighteenth Infantry was killed in an engagement at Passai in Iloilo province on the 26th ultimo.

In the Ninth Circuit District of Nevada a Special Master sale is ordered under a November 30 1899 decree in a Nevada Nickel Company case. The judgment totals exceed 85 000 with Louis Smith and others, selling mining claims in Churchill County Nevada including the London Liverpool Royal George and Aetna, plus ores and plant machinery, on December 9 at the Churchill County Courthouse for cash.
