A vintage promo describes Syrup of Figs as a pure liquid laxative from the California Fig Syrup Co that cleanses the system and relieves constipation without weakening organs. It claims benefits for kidneys, liver, and bowels and notes bottles sell for 60 cents and up in drug stores.
Time tables available with tickets sold to eastern points. Travelers insurance tickets also sold. Agent J A Fewnaro offers baggage handling services and travel arrangements.

At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners Humbordt County Nevada on July 28 1893 the board divided the county into districts. District 11 includes Willow Point Golconda Clover Valley Paradise McDermit Rebel Creek King s River and Bartlett Creek precincts. District 2 covers Winnemucca precinct. District 3 includes Mill City Dun Glen Kennedy Humboldt House Rye Patch Unionville and Lovelock precincts. The seal of the county was affixed by Clerk L F Dunn and Deputy J Dunn.
