An advertisement extols Syrup of Figs as a pure liquid laxative improving nightly use and overall health. It claims gentle cleansing of kidneys liver and bowels, relief from colds headaches and fevers, and wide medical approval. Bottles priced 50 cents and 1 dollar, manufactured by the California Fig Syrup Co. and sold by druggists.
Tickets sold and baggage checked through to eastern points. Travelers insurance tickets arranged by J A Ferraro agent.
Local notices advertise a sale of Ayer’s Cherry Pectoral for cough relief and Ayer’s Sarsaparilla for the elderly, plus guaranteed safe Pearl Oil lighting. Manufacturers and merchants tout Buckeye mowers, back rakes, Ram wagons, Hallingsworth rakes, and new textiles at E Remnant & Co. listings.
Humboldt Lodge No 16 EO regular meetings held Friday evenings at their Ballip street teak. Secretary Archer and Peter Rask listed.
Ivanhoe Lodge No. 18 Balok invites members to Monday evening gatherings at Castle Hall. An older notice mentions Tyme 1 4 Hill and references C20 C B Brown K of RB and 8. Details unclear due to damaged OCR but confirms regular weekly lodge events.
Humboldt Chapter No 9 R V L holds stated convocations on the first Wednesday of each month at their hall described as Silver State block. Meeting details list WIKE HEP G A KRENKLE secretary.
Company D 1st Brigade N N G drills every Tuesday evening at ? o'clock. Monthly business meeting on the first Tuesday at 7 30 p m. Target practice on the first second and third Saturdays of each month. Captain N J Gunter leads the unit.

Winnemucca Lodge No 19 F and A M announces monthly stated communications at 7 oclock p m on the first Saturday evening of each month at the hall in the Hilver State block. All Master Masons in good standing are invited. W M H J Anderson and secretary R W Lewis sign.
Second Judicial District Court Humboldt County Nevada summons issued April 20 1895 requires J M Cline to answer within ten to forty days depending on service. Case seeks dissolution of marriage on grounds of cruelty and restoration of Nettie Templeton as her maiden name. Certified copy of complaint accompanies summons.
The Second Judicial District Court Humboldt County Nevada sets May 5 at 11:00 AM in Winnemu for proving the will of Alex Wise and for Julia Wise to apply for letters testamentary. Any interested person may appear and contest the proceedings. Dated April 29, 1895.
Dr. W. W. Head is spending a few weeks in Eureka and will return to Winnemucca to finish remaining dental work. Residents awaiting dental care are advised to wait for his return.
