An advertisement describes Scott's Emulsion as a refined cod liver oil product that enters the blood to nourish every corpuscle restore color and energy. It claims hypophosphites reach the brain and nerves to boost strength and vitality.
The ad promotes Chamberlain's Eye and Skin Ointment to relieve itching and smarting from eczema tetter and salt rheum and claims many cases are permanently cured. It also mentions use for sore nipples hands frost bites and sore eyes and lists 25 cents per box. Dr Cady's Condition Powders are advertised as a tonic blood purifier and vermifuge for horses.
