The ad claims intense itching from eczema and other skin conditions can be instantly relieved by Chamberlain's Eye Salve. It alleges permanent cures for bad cases and recommends it for itching piles sore nipples chapped hands children frost bites and chronic sore eyes. Also promotes Dr Cady's Condition Powders as a tonic blood purifier vermifuge with horse health analogy.
The notice warns readers to inform the publisher of changes or discont in order to avoid arrears and arrest risks. It outlines that failing to take or pay for papers, moving without notice, or using postmark refusals can constitute fraud with potential arrest and fines.
