Mary Worley Hill Dies in Hammond After Illness
Mrs. Mary Worley Hill died at her niece's home in Hammond Indiana on September 2 1914 at age 60 from stomach cancer. She was born August 1854 in Ashland Ohio and survived by two sisters and one brother G A Brush of Silver Lake. Funeral services were held at the Brush home with Rev McCoy officiating and Lakeview cemetery interment. Nearby relatives and friends attended from Peru Huntington and other areas.

Funeral for Wilbur Jones Held in Mount Pleasant
The funeral of five year old Wilbur Jones son of Mr and Mrs Lawrence Jones was held Monday afternoon at Mount Pleasant. The remains were brought from Iron River Michigan to Claypool Munday and then to the home of Mrs Jones parents Mr and Mrs Thomas Reese. The Jones family lived here for several years before moving to Michigan two years ago.

Paroled McCormick Cleared for Parole After Wabash Case
