Funeral held for Mrs Elizabeth J Ball in Rose Hill area
Mrs Elizabeth J Ball wife of the late Milton Ball died at her daughter's home east of town Thursday night after a year of illness. The funeral conducted by Rev Richbart was at the United Brethren church and burial in Lakeview cemetery. She was born in Ohio about 70 years ago and married in 1865. Nine children were born, seven living: Mrs Cyrus Deaton, Mrs John Deaton, Mrs Ira Leckrone, Mrs Artie Carr near Silver Lake, Mrs Charles Bowen of Brethren Michigan, John and Percy Ball of Lawrenceburg California. She was a Lutheran and passed away peacefully.
