Death by own action at Sidney under train
Charlie Haines aged 15 of Sidney was killed last Thursday when his head was severed by a westbound Nickel Plate train. He suffered epilepsy and reportedly said he would let a train kill him. The coroner ruled death by his own action. funeral was held Saturday.
