Mrs Laura Hoke Dies After Illness at 63 in Elkhart
Laura Chandler Hoke 63 wife of George D. Hoke died after a twelve day meningitis illness at home in Elkhart. She married August 14 1878 and moved to Elkhart in 1901 where her husband worked for Elkhart Carriage and Motor Car. She is survived by D V Williams Goldie Hoke Harley Hoke George A Hoke Roy H Hoke sister Mrs W H Paulus and was mourned at a Grace Lutheran Church funeral with Rev J D Brosy officiating. Interment followed at Grace Lawn cemetery.
